**Pay Rate:** **$25 per hour**Waste Connections is looking for individuals who have a passion for driving, career growth, and share our #1 Value: **Safety!** We are hiring **Residential Garbage Truck Drivers** to join our team in Dade City, FL.**Schedule:*** Monday–Friday, typically 3:00 AM – 3:30 PM* Occasional Saturday work* Average 50–55 hour work week* Year-round work with overtime opportunities**Compensation & Benefits:*** **Competitive pay: $25 per hour*** Excellent benefits: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, long-term disability, life insurance, 401(k)* Paid vacation* Stable, year-round employment**Position Summary:*** Operate a residential garbage truck on a designated route* Regular heavy lifting and climbing in/out of the truck* Safely, efficiently, and courteously serve customers**Job Requirements:*** Valid Class A or B CDL* Minimum 2 years of work experience with a stable work history (driver experience preferred)* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions* Garbage truck experience is a **plus*** Veterans encouraged to apply* Competitive pay and benefits* Year-round stability in the waste industry* Opportunities for growth and advancement**Apply Today:** www.wasteconnections.comWaste Connections is an equal opportunity employer.
