Volunteer For A Weekly Community Meal in Harlem The Mandala Café coordinates a Weekly Community Meal on Wednesdays in Central Harlem.

Simple, vegetarian food served to well over 200 people each week.

Volunteer Responsibilities

Kitchen Prep from 1:00 - 3:45.

Packing/Serving 4:00 - 6:00.

Serving from 5:00—until the food is handed out.

Clean-up from 5:30 - 6:15.

Possible to come for any or all.

Population Served Low‑income communities.

Requirements Age Minimum (with Adult): 13+, Minimum Age: 18+.
