What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive new customer acquisition and development within Local and Regional DSO areas
Collaborate with existing customers to identify growth opportunities and enhance product utilization
Represent the employer at industry tradeshows and customer events, generating leads and promoting products
Develop educational materials and conduct training sessions for customers and sales teams
Provide training and coordination for the outside sales team to support customer growth initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant professional experience
Preferred Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
Strong proficiency in business computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
Ability to lead and develop virtual teams and create engaging presentations for C-suite executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's degree or equivalent in a related field
Industry certifications related to dental or orthodontic products
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues effectively
Experience in project management and consultative skills
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build partnerships at all levels
