Responsibilities

Identify and target prospective orthodontic and GP practices to expand the customer base

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new accounts and achieve sales targets

Collaborate with existing customers to identify opportunities for growth and increased product utilization

Represent the employer at industry tradeshows, conferences, and customer events

Provide training and coordination for the outside sales team to support customer growth initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional experience in a related field

Bachelor\'s Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master\'s degree or equivalent preferred

Knowledge of the dental industry or ortho/aligner products

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to lead and develop virtual teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in creating and leading C-suite level presentations

Proficiency in business computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Strong project management and consultative skills

Ability to resolve complex issues effectively

Industry certifications
