Full Time – Hourly

1st Shift 6am – 2pm (Monday – Friday)

Starting pay: $17.00 per hour

Basic Job Duties: The Quality Assistant/General Laborer is responsible for supporting quality-related operations through rework execution, documentation, inspections, and product release support to ensure compliance and efficient operations.

Support inspection, backtracking, and rework activities, including workstation setup, execution of rework, documentation completion, and status reporting

Provide quality control support for current production through lab testing and select in-process testing

Assist with product release activities including select release inspectionsPerform administrative functions such as organization, data entry, and filing

Support retain filing and retrieval duties

Support food safety initiatives, including assigned internal audits and calibration activities

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Take on special projects, as instructed by Management

Compliance with all company Quality Systems, Operational and Human Resource policies, procedures, and practices, including safety and housekeeping procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

One (1) year working within a manufacturing setting strongly preferred
