Starting wage: $18 – $20 per hour!
Shift Schedule Week 1: Monday/Tuesday/Saturday/Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 6 p‑10 p

Responsibilities
Advocate of Empathy:
Create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
Generous Gift Giver:
Be present, share talents, and be reliable.

Create an inclusive and positive environment by investing whole heart in work, team members, and community.
Engaged Egghead:
Be curious, ask questions, learn, and engage in growth and training.
Proactive:
Assist residents with ADLs—bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Qualifications
You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
You will have a positive and energetic attitude and LOVE our residents.
You possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
You are active, as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
You can assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
You must be criminally cleared.
