Starting Wage $16 – $18 per hour
Shift Schedule Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Sunday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
About the Facility Vitalia Active Adult Community Mentor located at 8180 Mentor Hills Dr. Mentor, Ohio 44060.
Responsibilities
Be a Keeper of the Home – keep memory‑care apartments and common areas inviting, comfortable, homelike, and tidy.
Be a Mealtime Maven – prepare and serve family‑style dining, guide residents to participate and help clean up as a family.
Be a Snack Specialist – ensure residents receive snacks and hydration three times a day.
Be a Caring Connector – serve as a help‑hand in the neighborhood, engage residents, and provide meaningful experiences.
Requirements
At least 18 years of age.
High‑school diploma or equivalent.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum 8th‑grade proficiency.
Positive, energetic attitude.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post‑fall help.
Must be criminally cleared.
