In addition, you will create a personalized moment for our guests. If you are willing to take on this responsibility, then check out what you will be doing. While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be: Assisting Guest Room Attendants, maintaining assigned areas, transferring linens, and delivering items as requested. Maintaining cleanliness of all assigned areas including hallway mirrors, outside pool area, and offices. Maintaining inventory in all linen areas and on GRA carts. Answering and completing all service calls quickly. Experience as House Person and/or public area cleaning preferred. Ability to use Pan Broom, Vacuum, Scrubber, Carpet Extractor, and other mechanical/electrical equipment as needed. Physical ability: reach height of 6 feet, transport/push/pull/cart up to 60 lbs, lift/move items up to 30 lbs. Must obtain all necessary work cards.
