, we turn Colorado stays into unforgettable experiences. We’re a boutique hospitality team based in Carbondale, curating exceptional guest stays across the Roaring Fork Valley, from cozy riverside cabins to luxurious mountain retreats.
We’re looking for a
part time and full time Experience Curators
who thrives on connection, communication, and creative problem‑solving. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our guests ensuring each stay runs smoothly, from check‑in to check‑out.
What You’ll Do:
Communicate promptly and professionally with guests via email, phone, and text
Resolve issues quickly and thoughtfully to ensure guest satisfaction
Coordinate with property care and homeowner teams
Maintain accurate reservation and guest records
What We’re Looking For:
Customer service or hospitality experience (bonus if in vacation rentals)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech‑savvy, organized, and self‑directed
Based in the Roaring Fork Valley.
Schedule:
Part Time [15–25 hours/week], Full Time [32–40 hours/week] - includes some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
