Your Responsibilities As a Door Installer
Diagnose and repair garage doors, door operators, springs, and related components on‑site.
Educate customers about repair options and future maintenance to prevent problems.
Sell service, repairs, and new equipment using a proven good/better/best model and collect payments.
Manage inventory in your vehicle, ensuring all required tools and parts are available.

Maximize your time by addressing customer needs efficiently, allowing you to control your income.

Basic Position Requirements
Can lift 50 pounds independently.
Can bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Can work in hot and cold conditions, both outside and inside garages.
Has strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers.
Works reliably and follows company procedures in a fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge
Preference for experience in the garage door industry, but training is provided.
Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet; tech skills are essential.
Proficient with hand tools and mechanical equipment operation.
Pay And Benefits
$30.00-$50.00 per hour, depending on experience.
