Groundskeeper – Sypert Branch Solar Site
– Location: Rogers, United States, 76569 As a Groundskeeper, you will report to the site daily and act as the main point of contact in maintaining vegetation, using a medium‑size agricultural tracker, and a box blade for road repair. You will oversee scheduled maintenance and troubleshoot equipment and vehicles on site, manage status updates via scheduling software, and coordinate with external contractors to ensure compliance and safety. You may provide safety support to solar technicians and be available on call when required.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
Minimum 2 years of work history using hand tools.
Ability to operate a medium‑size agricultural tractor.
Ability to read and interpret instruments, gauges, manuals, etc.
Willingness and availability for first aid and CPR certification.
Additional Details
Daily attendance at the worksite is required.
Must be available to travel to other sites for trainings and assistance, typically weekly.
Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean record.
Must comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies.
Role comprises 20 % indoor work and 80 % outdoor work; weather exposure likely.
Some lifting up to 50 lb with assistance available.
Compensation Hourly Range:
$20.12 – $28.46 USD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, and internal alignment.
In addition to base pay, the position is eligible for a competitive bonus/incentive plan and emergency or on‑call pay.
