As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates you will combine creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights our customers.
Provide makeup application and skin care, hair, or fragrance consultations.
Collaborate with a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events.
Ensure the store meets high standards of visual merchandising.
Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
We welcome applicants from all experience levels, from beginners to professionals with certified makeup artistry. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued, but we are open to those developing these skills.
Qualifications
Preferred retail experience; applicants with amateur‑level experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are encouraged to apply.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
Proof of right to live and work in the U.S. if invited to interview.
