As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (providing makeup application, skin‑care advice, hair or fragrance consultations), you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to offer a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers. You will also collaborate with a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and ensure the store consistently meets our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors. While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with beginner‑level expertise. Qualifications
Retail experience preferred, but applicants with an amateur level of experience who can demonstrate high creative and technical expertise are welcome.
All applicants must demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
Applicants must provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.
