At Crow River Winery, our goal is to deliver a fun, delicious, and memorable experience to our guests. As part of the team in The Bistro, you are essential to that experience.
Cooks are responsible for preparing, assembling and plating food for The Bistro, operating efficiently and effectively while maintaining excellent customer service.
Must Have Qualifications
Previous food/kitchen experience is preferred, but willing to train the right person who is willing to put in the effort
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have consistent and reliable transportation to arrive on time for every shift
Other Qualifications
Have a strong sense of urgency to get things done right
Be detail oriented and organized
Be fun, relaxed and a team player
Be willing to put your heart into preparing excellent food
Be adaptable and willing to "shake things off" if they don't go exactly as planned
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist in food preparation (washing, cutting, slicing ingredients)
Follow recipes to prepare pizza and dipping sauces
Assemble and cook pizzas, sandwiches and appetizers while maintaining prompt ticket times
Clean and maintain a sanitary kitchen environment
Work with the Tasting Room staff and management to ensure proper preparation for events
