Here's your opportunity to join an amazing family-owned business that has been around for nearly 100 years!**What You'll Do:**Perform the steps for the process of restoring, repairing, and upgrading used or worn-out equipment to a condition that resembles its original state.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:*** Frequent use of welders and cutting tools.* Safe use of air tools to remove built up concrete.* Disassemble and reassembly of sheet metal components on ready-mix trucks* Properly assemble and install hydraulic hoses.* Removal and installation of wiring harnesses.* Ability to charge out inventory related parts and supplies.* Frequently work independently or in a team environment.* Installation of hydraulic pumps and cylinders.* Communicate with all managers on a regular basis as to needs, status and issues.* practice good housekeeping, health, and safety standards per OSHA regulations.* Drive a variety of equipment and transporting equipment as needed.* Maintain effective working relationships with company employees, suppliers, and customers. Promote and maintain the professional image and reputation of the company and ensure timely problem resolution and customer satisfaction.* Other duties as assigned by management.**Qualifications & Requirements:*** Must have good mechanical aptitude.* Minnesota commercial Driver’s license or the ability to obtain one, within 1 year of employment. (Company sponsored)* DOT Medical Card.* Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.* Must have good mechanical knowledge.* Basic computer skills.* Experience/understanding of safe shop practices.
