Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is seeking hosts/hostesses for its varied restaurants. This role is responsible for providing a warm welcome and a fond farewell to all diners. The person should enjoy interaction with guests and the desire to provide a memorable experience to each party. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills and teamwork.
Greeting and seating guests in a warm and gracious manner
Answering telephone calls and making dining reservations utilizing Open Table
Assisting servers whenever possible
Maintaining menus in pristine condition
Relaying guest compliments and complaints to management
Informing management of special occasions
Thanking guests for their patronage upon departure
Training will be provided, but previous restaurant experience is preferred.
Wequassett Resort and Golf Club is an exquisite 27-acre resort on beautiful Pleasant Bay. Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
