Responsibilities
Greet and serve guests in a professional and welcoming manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS
Deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly
Answer menu questions and provide recommendations
Process guest payments and handle cash/credit transactions
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining room
Communicate clearly with kitchen and support staff
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Previous serving experience preferred but not required
