Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic pub team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, knowledgeable menu guidance, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Greet guests and present menus with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS or cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, special requests, and resolving issues professionally. Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment. Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and sales revenue. Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy. Experience in hospitality roles. Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Pay: From $4.75 per hour + Tips Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week Work Location: In person
