Reporting to the Custodial Supervisor, the Cleaner II provides cleaning and portering services throughout the Lincoln Center complex. This position requires work hours Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am. Essential Functions

Provides cleaning and portering services in both academic & residential University buildings. Removes recyclables and trash in accordance with University procedures. Delivers mail in the buildings. Rearranges furniture and performs small move jobs when requested. Keeps building entrances and perimeters free of leaves, garbage, etc. as the need arises. Must sign in and out for all keys. Performs other duties as required. Essential Functions Note

Required Qualifications: Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of six (6) months to one year of cleaning experience, or related experience. Required Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills

Must be able to read English and follow written instructions. Knowledge of general cleaning techniques and preventative maintenance, including standard use of power washers, stand-up vacuums & backpack vacuums. Knowledge of effective and safe usage of all floor machines and handheld tools. Preferred Qualifications
