Unleash Your Passion for Track and Help Shape the Next Generation of Athletes We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Track Coach to join our Eaton High School swim program. You will play a vital role in helping our student-athletes reach their full potential. If you're passionate about track and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young athletes, we want to hear from you! Reports To:
Athletic Director Responsibilities: Coordinating the track program at the High School level Develop and implement practice programs to promote individual and team development Instruct student-athletes on track techniques, rules, and strategies Assess student-athlete skills and provide constructive feedback Maintain equipment, supplies, and uniforms Serve as a liaison between the track program, staff, administration, and the public Support the planning and execution of practices and matches Model sportsmanship behavior and maintain a high level of professionalism Complete administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and distributing eligibility forms Qualifications: Experience as a track participant or coach High School Diploma/GED CPR Certification CHSAA test and regulation Concussion Education Mental Health testing Mandatory Reporting Ability to work collaboratively with the Athletic Director, and other stakeholders About Our School: Our school is committed to providing a well‑rounded education that includes a strong focus on athletics and personal development.
