Pay: $45.00 – $60.00 per hour (depending on experience)
R Plumbing LLC, a trusted plumbing service provider in South Central Wisconsin, is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who delivers high‑quality workmanship, communicates well with customers, and can work independently or as part of a crew.
As a Journeyman Plumber with R Plumbing LLC, you will perform service work, repairs, troubleshooting, remodels, and installation projects across residential and light commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of plumbing systems.
Diagnose plumbing issues and propose effective solutions.
Complete service calls independently with professionalism and efficiency.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job documentation.
Maintain accurate records of materials, tasks, and customer interactions.
Ensure all work meets Wisconsin plumbing code requirements.
Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety procedures.
Mentor apprentices as needed and support team development.
Qualifications
Journeyman Plumber License (Wisconsin‑required).
Experience: 3+ years preferred in residential or commercial plumbing.
Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high‑quality standards.
