Painter

**Title:** Painter **Location:***Dallas, TX***Job Summary:** The Painter is responsible for applying coats of paint, varnish, stain, and other finishes to protect and enhance the appearance of hotel structures and surfaces. This role involves preparing surfaces, selecting and mixing paints, and performing maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel is well-maintained both inside and outside. **Essential Functions and Duties:***Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.***Required Experience, Education, and Skills:** Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools, including proper application of paint, stain, and varnish. Experience in preparing surfaces for painting and performing minor repairs such as filling cracks and holes. Ability to mix paint to match specific colors and apply custom finishes. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions for quality completion of tasks.
