Our medical office is seeking a full-time, experienced Charge Entry / Receptionist to join our team at the checkout desk. This role is essential to ensuring a positive patient experience and accurate front-end operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Check out patients following appointments
Collect patient co-pays and process payments
Perform charge entry accurately and timely
Schedule follow-up and future appointments
Provide courteous and professional customer service
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
