As a member of our Imaging Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring excellent communication, and supporting our medical team. Greet patients and their families in a warm and welcoming manner, answering questions and addressing concerns Verify patient information, prepare charts and medical records, and maintain accurate records Schedule appointments, exams, and procedures, and ensure timely and efficient patient flow Communicate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Imaging Department Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Requirements
Previous experience in medical office and/or reception. Imaging experience preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance billing procedures High School Diploma or Equivalent required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities What We Offer
