Base Pay Range $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr

Responsibilities

Replenish shelves, end caps and displays with products daily

Straighten merchandise to give a neat, full appearance

Rotate products on the shelves LIFO

Move product from the warehouse to the sales floor

Dispose of all packaging and boxes for our brands

Consolidate and organize pallets in the warehouse

Check for and remove expired product from shelves

Maintain a clean work area in the warehouse

Observe the company’s safety rules and guidelines

Know company brands and their products

Perform other tasks as assigned

Physical Demands & Working Environment The shelf merchandiser position is physically demanding: employees spend significant time standing, walking, lifting heavy objects, stretching, and bending. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Work is conducted indoors in a typical grocery store environment with exposure to drafts, heat, noise, and dust.

Schedule Night shift, weekends, and holidays. 18 hours per week.

Qualifications Existing military base access is strongly preferred. Access to the base is granted by the military, not Eurpac Service. A drug‑free workplace is required; all employees must complete a pre‑employment drug screening.

Compensation Pay rate is $18‑$20 per hour for 18 hours per week.
