Base pay range: $17.50/hr - $17.50/hr.
ESCO, a division of Eurpac Service, Inc., has over 60 years of success in the consumer package goods (CPG) resale channel. We are seeking a part‑time Base Manager at Langley AFB, Ft. Eustis, and Yorktown NWS, Virginia. This opportunity is ideal for spouses, students, or retirees looking to make an impact.
Scope:
Exchange locations on specific military bases in the United States as defined by Area Manager.
Principal Responsibilities:
Complete daily tasks as assigned at Exchange locations.
Call on Exchange locations and maintain proper call frequency.
Sell and ensure proper shelf placement for all authorized items using provided tools.
Restock store shelves when opportunities exist.
Secure display activity and build displays as needed.
Scan stores for missing items via handheld device and obtain missing distribution.
Conduct inventory checks and write orders for all VON related items.
Meet with each store manager as scheduled by AM.
Responsible for shelf management.
Facings – Resets – Communicate Auto Replenish issues – Pricing – Coupons – POG Compliance.
Check code dates and proper rotation.
Write up/ return ‘out of dates’ as outlined in specific Manufacturers policies.
Timely communication to AM using the best practice methods outlined by AM.
Sell promotions per the Convenience Package and report results to AM.
Build displays as required.
Place Point of Sale as directed.
Report low or out of stock issues to Facility Manager.
Complete call reporting procedures using technology while in store.
Other projects/requests as requested or assigned by management.
Explanation of lifting, and other working conditions:
Build, install and move racks weighing up to 100 lbs (with assistance).
Build displays with up to 40 lb case weight.
Pay rate is $17.50 per hour and 20 hours per week.
Access to a computer, printer, and smartphone is required, along with the ability to download information from websites.
