Landscape Laborer
WeatherTech Direct, LLC is seeking a well‑qualified Landscape Laborer to perform a variety of landscape and snow removal tasks.

Responsibilities
Operate mowing equipment and a variety of hand and power tools for landscape projects.
Operate a plow truck and/or snow removal equipment.
Prepare and maintain a clean work site by removing waste materials, rubble, and debris.
Occasionally climb ladders or use boom/scissor lifts to reach high areas.
Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
Regularly work near moving mechanical parts and in outdoor conditions that include inclement weather, heat, and humidity, with exposure to dust, pollen, and asphalt and concrete.
Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1+ years of landscape experience.
Experience operating industrial lawn mowers and snow removal equipment.
Knowledge of outside irrigation systems preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Have the ability to stand for a long duration of time and work at a fast pace.
Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required.
Authorized to work in the United States.
