In this position you will select and gather products for customers’ online orders, pay attention to freshness and quality, assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers’ cars when they arrive for pickup. You will also provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping.

Responsibilities
Select and gather products efficiently while ensuring freshness and quality.
Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. Assemble, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers’ cars at pickup.
. Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
. Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
. Adhere to all local, state, and federal food safety laws and company guidelines.
Retrieve orders from staging locations and ensure accuracy before loading.
. Process orders through the point-of-sale system.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment. Report discrepancies, pricing issues, or equipment problems to the supervisor.
Perform required opening and closing procedures. . Assist in training new e‑Commerce team members.
. Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
Provide support and assistance to specific customer groups, including minors and individuals with special needs.
Minimum Position Qualifications
Ability to work without supervision.
Ability to read shelf tags.
Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired Previous Experience
Experience as a personal shopper, in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.
