Schedule:
8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday‑Friday
Compensation:
$20.00 – $25.00 per hour (exact amount may vary by experience and skills)
What You’ll Do
Answer phone calls and direct calls throughout the organization.
Greet associates, guests, and customers entering the corporate office and communicate with appropriate parties via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
Order office supplies and business cards, and code corporate invoices for payment.
Own event coordination including lunch orders, hotel reservations, food truck arrangements, large meeting preparations and associate social activities.
Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Coordinate local and corporate vendors such as cleaners and vending machine services.
Requirements
Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum two years of customer‑facing office experience.
Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, internet navigation, and Adobe.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
