Augment Human Resource Services is hiring a
General Laborer
to support day‑to‑day cleaning and maintenance at a busy waste and recycling facility. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a hardworking team.
You will be placed on‑site at one of our national clients, helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard and operations area.
Base Pay Range $21.00/hr – $21.00/hr
What You’ll Do As a General Laborer, you’ll assist with keeping the site clean, organized, and free of debris while supporting equipment operators, mechanics, and supervisors with various tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Clean up debris, trash, and loose materials around the yard, shop, and work areas.
Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and general cleaning of buildings, pads, and containers.
Organize tools, equipment, and parts in the yard or shop area.
Support small maintenance tasks such as painting, organizing parts, or preparing containers.
Perform minor landscaping or grounds maintenance duties.
Help direct trucks or equipment traffic when needed.
Follow all site safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
Report any safety concerns or hazards to site supervisors immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
