Overview Assist in supporting the educational and emotional needs of students, providing direct intervention and assistance to those experiencing behavioral or emotional crises.
Responsibilities
Assist in supporting the educational and emotional needs of students, providing direct intervention and assistance to those experiencing behavioral or emotional crises.
Help maintain a safe and supportive school environment through de-escalation strategies, positive behavior reinforcement, and collaboration with staff.
Serve as an active member of the school’s crisis response team to help ensure timely and effective student support.
Qualifications
High School diploma required, plus one year of experience working with children, or 30 college credit hours.
Must complete Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Training.

Salary $25.00 - $36.50 per hour, based on experience, plus full-time benefits per RHEA, Coalition Unit, Paraprofessionals Chapter.
