About the Role The Operations Logistics Division is recruiting Delivery Drivers to safely drive trucks to customers, meet scheduled delivery times, and serve as an important face of the team.
Main Responsibilities
Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
Carefully unload products from the trailer using a two‑wheeler, pallet jack, or hand, placing them in designated customer storage.
Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures.
Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip equipment inspection.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 20–80+ lbs. of product repeatedly during each shift.
Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather with frequent stops (10+ per shift).
Qualifications
Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months in the food/beverage delivery industry.
Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
Ability to read and communicate in English.
Manual transmission operation preferred; may be required in specific locations.
Benefits Health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, short‑term and long‑term disability, and life insurance. Compensation ranges from $21.85 to $50 per hour, depending on experience, location, and applicable factors. Non‑cash compensation may include overtime, retention bonus, component pay, and other performance incentives.
