E-Tank is offering a full-time Tank Cleaner position at the South Roxana branch. Tank Cleaners are responsible for cleaning our environmental equipment rentals and performing routine maintenance on inventory. Type: Full‑Time
Location: South Roxana, IL
Industries: Municipal Water, Wastewater Treatment, Sewer Bypass, Lift station bypass, dewatering, construction dewatering, fluid transfer, Industrial maintenance, Utilities, infrastructure, and Environmental.
Responsibilities
Clean and inspect equipment.
Perform preventive/predictive maintenance procedures on equipment.
Pick up, deliver, and set up equipment as needed.
Ensure duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
Perform work in the shop and in the field with the use of a company vehicle.
Complete paperwork as required.
Clean, organize, and maintain the shop and shop equipment.
Participate in continuous improvement through training and associate development.
Desired Experience
At least 1‑year experience in General Labor.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
A reliable source of transportation.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to pass Pre‑Employment Background Check.
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Welding or mechanic experience highly preferred!
Compensation Salary: From $18.00 per hour. Benefits include 401(k) matching, Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life Insurance, Paid time off, and Vision insurance.
Skills
Some mechanical experience preferred.
Familiar with a pressure washer.
Comfortable in a confined space setting.
Ability to perform physical requirements of the position; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. at a time.
Alert, focused, and detail‑oriented.
Education
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
