Responsibilities
Maintain the safety and security of the property, guests, and staff.
Monitor and manage the security gate, including screening vehicles and greeting guests.
Operate security systems and surveillance equipment effectively.
Patrol property on foot and by vehicle to ensure a safe environment.
Investigate all lost and found property and ensure prompt return to guests, including packaging and shipping through FedEx.
Respond to medical and other emergency situations as required.
On Call Availability: Evenings, weeknights, weekends, 16 hours availability
Pay Range: $16.83 - $19.76 per hour
Qualifications
1-2 years of prior related work experience.
At least 21 years of age.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of employment.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must have knowledge of Windows operating system.
