One to One Observer – Full Time (7p‑7a) – Mount Holly
Summary : The purpose of the One to One Observer is to provide personal constant observation of a patient and support the healthcare team, patients, and families in a calm environment.
Position Responsibilities
Provide constant one‑to‑one observation of assigned patients, ensuring a safe environment and positive interaction.
Deliver restraint care to patients as needed.
Identify and communicate changes in patient status to RN and respond appropriately.
Assist in orientation of the healthcare team.
Maintain and demonstrate high standards of professional ethics.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications
Strong communication skills.
Required Education High School diploma or GED.
Training / Certifications / Licensure Successful completion of Observer course or equivalent is mandatory.
