We specialize in downsizing, resettlement, estate cleanouts, and online estate sale auctions. We’re hiring motivated part‑time team members in Pearland, Texas and surrounding areas. What You’ll Do
Organize, sort, and pack/unpack items in homes and senior living communities
Sort, research, photograph, and describe items for online estate sale auctions
Assist with auction pickups, greet buyers, verify orders
Sort items for donation, recycling, and disposal as needed
Follow company standards for safety, professionalism, and client care
Collaborate with a team that values creativity, integrity, and kindness
This is NOT a mover role. No moving large furniture or items over 40 pounds.
What You’ll Need
Compassion, respect, and a positive attitude toward clients and their families
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to problem‑solve and adapt to changing environments
Comfortable working in homes that may be cluttered or dusty (we provide gloves, etc. when needed)
Age 18+ and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Reliable transportation
Smartphone for time tracking
Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and safely lift up to 25 pounds
Must pass a background check prior to employment
Knowledge of resale market is a plus!
What We Offer
Competitive hourly wage ($15–$18/hour based on experience, specific role, & attendance)
