Job Description Summary Responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner, in addition to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Associate Perks

Essential Functions
Timely, efficient and accurate service of food and beverage orders to guests.
Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls in accordance with company policy.
Interact with guests in a business professional manner.
Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed expectations.
Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium.
Record all sales utilizing the point of sale system; obtain payment immediately.
Set up and maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.
Fulfil the assigned opening and closing duties.
Represent Sporting KC in a professional manner at all times.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Personal Attributes
Strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives, and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities.
Ability to upsell, explain and answer questions about menu items and specials in detail.
Ability to open, present and serve fine wines to guests.
Ability to interact with co‑workers to assure compliance with company service standards.

Frequent stooping, lifting, and reaching throughout shift
Must be able to lift and move at least 30 lbs
Skills & Experience
Two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast‑paced bar, high‑end club or restaurant.
Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
Ability to work all Children’s Mercy Park events, including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar.
