Job Description Summary
Serve food and beverage offerings following safe food and beverage practices. Provide extraordinary hospitality service to all guests on match days.

Essential Functions
Greet guests immediately
Provide professional service
Menu and product knowledge
Basic bartending experience
Take; and deliver guest beverage orders
Problem solve
Promptly address any customer service issues, direct to manager as needed
Perform beginning and ending inventory of assigned area
Implement steps of service
Follow safe food handling practices
Follow all responsible alcohol service policies
Maintain a clean and polished uniform
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow City Foods & Events and Sporting Kansas City policies and procedures

Be able to interact with high profile guests and fellow associates in a friendly, professional manner
Capable of working in a high-volume environment with calm, collected attitude
Proficient in multi-tasking while maintaining safe food and beverage handling

Skills and Experience
Minimum 1-year experience in food and beverage industry
Must be at least 21 years old
Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule
Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays
