Entry Level Representative (Recent Graduates Needed)
Location: Columbus, OH. Pay: $18.00/hr - $19.17/hr (based on experience). Work schedule: remote start 4-5 weeks, then 5 days in office, hybrid after 6 months.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to Morgan Stanley clients via calls, addressing service inquiries accurately and efficiently.
Assist with Cash Management products, online account access, mobile app usage, and general financial questions.
Deliver world‑class service while meeting key performance metrics in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Adapt quickly to changes, multitask effectively, and collaborate within a high‑performing team.
