What You’ll Do
Handle client inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, or services via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate guidance, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions efficiently
Maintain clear, thorough documentation of all client interactions
Partner with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex concerns
Meet key performance metrics and contribute to a positive client experience
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (recent grads welcome)
6 months–2 years of relevant experience (internships count!)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Customer service or contact center experience preferred
Candidates must be located in or near Columbus, OH
