Overview As a Bagger, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring that food items are packed efficiently and respectfully for community members during our distribution event. Your attention to detail and care will help create a welcoming and dignified experience for recipients.

Responsibilities

Organize and pack food items into bags based on distribution guidelines

Collaborate with fellow volunteers to maintain a steady workflow

Ensure bags are properly portioned and neatly arranged

Assist with restocking packing stations as needed

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the event

Qualifications

Ability to lift and carry moderate weight (approximately 10-20 lbs)

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

Friendly demeanor and commitment to serving others with respect

Group Size Range: 1 – 10

Event can be held at a volunteer group location (e.g., office, park)

Donation Requested

We are looking for bags to bag all food, breakfast bagels, coffee, and tea for volunteers.

Shift Availability

Friday – 10:15 to 11:30 PST

Friday – 11:15 to 13:00 PST
