Marina District Business Association Volunteer Crew
ASCENDtials assists those in the BIPOC community in dismantling institutionalized isms within the U.S. workforce by offering workshops that empower them. Our non‑profit organization focuses on building cosmic consciousness through our experiential learning programs, healing sessions, and workshops, and environmental programs so that they can successfully advocate for humanity and the environment.
Join the Marina District Business Association (MDBA) crew and help transform San Diego’s waterfront into a living ecosystem of culture, wellness, and community resilience. Volunteers support our farmers’ market activations, floating storytelling sessions, scavenger hunts, and youth skill‑building programs. Every shift helps us create a welcoming, educational, and joyful space for families and visitors.

Track hours through our volunteer portal (donation or waiver accepted)
Who You Are
