As a Prep Cook, you will prepare nutritious meals, collaborate with the Executive Chef, manage portion control, and uphold all food safety regulations.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting wage $18.50 per hour, with hero pay $0.85 per hour, and yearly wage increases (total starting wage $19.35 per hour)

Responsibilities
Prepare meals following all guidelines and regulations
Coordinate food production to match meal serving times, ensuring quality, temperature, and appearance
Assist with tray line setup and plate assembly
Perform daily cleaning duties in the kitchen
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with guests, families, and visitors
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
ServSafe certification
2+ years related kitchen experience
Basic computer skills
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
Team player, dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done
Scheduling & Location
Part-time openings; all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
Day shift (first shift) available
Location: 1050 4 Mile Road NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49543 (north of downtown, near Comstock Park/Walker)
