Job Overview:
Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail‑driven merchandiser. You will help ensure the sales floor is well‑stocked, organized, and visually appealing. The role involves hands‑on inventory replenishment, maintaining product presentation standards, and creating a seamless shopping experience that reflects the brand’s identity.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company and store standards.
Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales of apparel and hardline merchandise.
Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
Work independently and as part of a team in various store settings.
Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed on time.
Submit store visit reports, including before‑and‑after photos, using the Winston App.
Maintain lifting capability of up to 25 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift.
Smartphone Requirements
iOS: iPhone 11 or newer.
Android: 2020 or newer device, OS no more than four versions behind the latest.
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in retail merchandising or related field.
Familiarity with planograms and visual directives.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
