Overview
Elite Industries is hiring Landscape Laborers for its H‑2B Temporary Labor Certification program. The role involves basic labor in landscaping maintenance and construction for residential and commercial sites.

Positions Available
Fifteen full‑time positions from April 1 – October 31, 2026.
Responsibilities
Dig irrigation trenches up to 28" deep and 6" wide for PVC pipe, valves, and heads. Operate mowers, tractors, electric clippers, chainsaws, and other light equipment safely. Use digging shovels, spades, and other hand tools to prepare foundations. Assist in tree staking, fertilizer application, and general landscaping tasks. Load and unload materials from vehicles. Follow safety and procedural instructions from the Crew Foreman.
Qualifications
Must be able to reach overhead and work in stooping, bending, kneeling, and squatting positions for extended periods. Must be able to ascend steps and ladders, and lift, pull, and push materials and equipment. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. No minimum education or experience required. Drug screen and criminal background check required upon hire.
Compensation & Schedule
$22.08 per hour, minimum 35 hours per week. Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm. Overtime may be available at $33.12 per hour. Employees will receive bi‑weekly pay.
Benefits & Perks
Employer‑provided transportation to and from a centralized pickup location in Castle Rock, Colorado. All tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job are supplied at no cost to the worker. Daily transportation and subsistence reimbursements up to $68.00 per day.
