Job Duties
Work with students starting in Curtis Middle School and feeding into Southeast High School to provide college‑going services.
Monitor and track student academic progress, graduation, enrollment in college and FAFSA completion.
Provide grant‑related activities such as workshops and college campus visits, academic advising, career exploration and job search, mentoring, tutoring resources, and summer programs.
Required Education This is specific to each position and department; see additional requirements and/or preferences in the full posting.
Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license required.
Drive a 7‑ or 15‑passenger van with youth; must be able to escort students on campus visits, which may include substantial walking.
Make community and school presentations.
Overnight travel to training and conferences may be required.

Preferred Qualifications
Completion of 60 credit hours of college coursework.
At least one year of experience working in an office setting.
Additional Information for Posting
20 hours per week (40 per pay period). Candidates will set office hours with supervisor.
Must complete a State of Kansas Child Abuse and Neglect background check.
