We are looking for a Regional MDS Trainer to join our team to travel to our Centers throughout Western Michigan and Wisconsin!

RESPONSIBILITIES
Train other staff in the completion of the MDS and RAI documentation in support of the MDS data.
Coordinates completion of MDS documentation
Supervises utilization of CAAs and care plans
Schedule completion of RAI following state and federal guidelines
Travel to Atrium Centers in MI & WI - Will be in the Field at least 4 days / week with potential overnight stays
QUALIFICATIONS
Current RN state license
Ability to travel to Atrium Centers (MI and WI)
1+ years of long-term care experience
MDS Coordinator training experience, required
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Positive Can-Do Attitude
Excellent Attendance
