Job Description Summary We are seeking a Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, ensuring the safest and most effective operations to avoid downtime. Our fleet primarily includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools and equipment, and specialty lines such as large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems and oil/gas equipment.
Responsibilities
Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models and equipment
Develop new skills toward a career track in service or operations management
Work within a safety‑focused team and environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desirable
1 to 3 years of technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment (generators, pumps, HVAC or oil & gas)
Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
May need to provide tools of trade; bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs
Preferred Skills
Experience with diesel equipment
Experience with heavy construction equipment
Experience with specialty lines equipment (e.g., large‑scale generators, pumps)
Physical Demands Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job.

Pay Base Pay Range: $18.62 – $25.59 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
