Job Summary Technician 1
Responsibilities
Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models & equipment
Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management
Work with an incredible team of people in a safety-focused environment
Perform preventive maintenance and make repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way possible to avoid downtime
Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, including hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems
Help maintain and update equipment service logs and documentation
Provide tools of trade as needed and work with a variety of installation and maintenance tools and equipment
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired
1 to 3 years of Technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas equipment) strongly desired
Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced setting
Ability to provide tools of trade as needed
Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs

Compensation Base Pay Range: $18.62 - $25.59
