Tusculum University, a member of the NCAA Division II and the South Atlantic Conference, is seeking an Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach. The position will implement and manage all phases of a competitive Division II program in accordance with NCAA, SAC, and department standards.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have assistant coaching experience preferably at an NCAA institution, ability to manage budget, fundraising experience, and a record of success in attracting quality student‑athletes in a small college environment.
Tusculum participates in E‑Verify and observes the guidelines as a Tennessee Drug‑Free Workplace. Applicants will be required to submit to and complete (1) substance abuse testing at a laboratory chosen by Tusculum University and (2) an employment background check, which includes a criminal background check, employment verification, license verification (if applicable), and credit history (if applicable). If hired, the candidate will be required to submit proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
